Nestled at the foot of Chiang Mai’s iconic Doi Suthep temple and moments from the vibrant Nimmanhemin neighbourhood, The Luxury Hotel Chiang Mai is a 160-key sanctuary where the spiritual journey begins. Drawing inspiration from the city’s rich Lanna heritage, the hotel is a contemporary retreat that honours centuries-old traditions, refined arts, and the rituals of Northern Thailand.

The design is intentionally minimalist—almost monastic—in its humility, inviting guests to pause, reflect, and prepare for their own pilgrimage, whether to the sacred temple above or into the heart of Chiang Mai’s creative energy. The interiors are serene and pure, with subtle Lanna touches, bespoke local crafts, and a calming palette that encourages introspection. At the heart of the hotel lies a sunken courtyard, lushly landscaped and symbolising the Buddhist journey to enlightenment—an oasis of emptiness, purity, and balance.
