The new Jetts Future Park Rangsit is a standalone 24-hours fitness center built from the ground up. S+A designed its architecture as well as interior based on Jetts standards.

S+A has signed its first project in the Philippines! The project is a refurbishment and rebranding of a 40-storey hotel building in Ortigas district of Manila into an Ascott!
January 2025
Mama Shelter is arriving in Bangkok and will be the largest in the world with 570 keys in a 50-stories tower. S+A has been appointed to work in collaboration with the Mama Sheter design studio of Paris, and the Ennismore team of Singapore to realize this ambitious project.

Outrigger Hotels and Resorts opens its 3rd property in Thailand after over a year in the works. Located at Lamai beach in Koh Samui, the resort offers 142 colonial-style guestrooms, an all-day restaurant, kids and games zones, a fitness and an executive lounge called Voyager 47 Club. Furthermore, the resort introduces the Edgewater family beach club concept, located at the beachfront facing the Gulf of Thailand.
S+A, together with PLDesign for the landscape, led the design while ACHM handled the project management and quantity surveying.
